Here’s a handy step-by-step guide:
Step 1
Sign into Virtuoso and choose Mimma Waters as your advisor
Create an account with Virtuoso, then sign in and identify Mimma Waters as your Virtuoso Advisor. If you see rates but you are not able to book online, double check that you’ve selected Mimma as your advisor.
Step 2
Book Online
Follow the instructions in the booking tool. Enter your dates to view rates and availability, select the room you want, provide your contact and payment details, and submit!
Please note: We do not recommend this tool if you are booking multiple rooms, looking for connecting room options, or have multiple destinations or hotels in a larger/longer trip. Please contact us directly for those requests.
Step 3
Get excited and travel like a VIP!
Once you book, we will get an automatic alert. We’ll follow-up with your hotel as part of our usual hotel booking process to make sure you get the best treatment possible and that you receive all the usual recognitions for booking with Virtuoso through Appetite for Travel.

Programs other than Virtuoso
As we are members of virtually every affinity club and preferred partner program, sometimes there are programs that we recommend over Virtuoso. In these instances, we recommend you contact us directly to make sure we are getting you the best value and amenities.
These programs include:
Four Seasons Preferred Partner – Higher VIP status and better breakfast amenity (includes room service)
Dorchester Diamond Club – Often receives upgrade at booking
Mandarin Oriental Fan Club – Credit amenity received is more flexible than the Virtuoso credit
Shangri-La Luxury Circle – Often receives upgrade at booking
Complicated Hotel Bookings
The Virtuoso booking tool is not designed for multiple rooms, special requests, trips involving multiple hotels, or any other more complex room situation. For a booking request that goes beyond a simple hotel only reservation, it is still best to contact us directly.

First things first, check to make sure you have created an account and are signed in. If you don’t have an account, the site will prompt you to “contact your advisor” and won’t allow you to make a booking.
You can’t make bookings in a mobile browser: The Virtuoso Booking Tool is not mobile friendly and won’t allow you to book if you are using a phone or tablet. You must book from a desktop computer or laptop.
Not all hotels participate. You will see that not all hotels are participating in the program and many will direct you to contact your advisor to request a booking. In those cases you can use the web form on Virtuoso.com or contact us directly and we'll get your reservation booked.
Not all promotions are created equal! Some promotions will not combine with Virtuoso rates, so you may not see all of them available when searching rates. If you have your eye on a special promotion, it’s best to reach out to us about it.
Bookings within 24 hours of travel: The booking tool does not allow bookings made within 24 hours of your departure.
